FCA status

Wisteria Hospitality Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. FastBizCash only seeks to introduce business customers to finance where the activity does not require FCA authorisation. We do not advise on or arrange regulated mortgage contracts, regulated consumer credit agreements or consumer buy-to-let transactions.

Finance availability

All finance is subject to lender criteria, status, security, documentation and underwriting. Illustrations and website information are not offers of finance and do not guarantee acceptance, rates, terms or funding times.

Fees

FastBizCash does not charge borrowers an introducer fee. Free borrower legal fees are available only on qualifying products and are subject to lender/product terms, loan amount and eligibility. Other costs may still apply to a finance transaction, including valuation, lender, security, legal or third-party costs where applicable. These will be explained where relevant.

Credit searches

Submitting an initial FastBizCash website enquiry does not itself perform a credit search. A lender may require a credit search later in the application process and should explain this before it takes place.

Business customers

Our services are intended for business and commercial finance enquiries. If a proposed transaction may fall within FCA-regulated consumer credit, regulated mortgage or consumer buy-to-let rules, we will not arrange it.
